Almost half a year has passed since my last update, so here’s what’s happening.
I no longer wear face masks, although my opinion on their effectiveness remains unchanged. My objections are philosophical and political: avoiding totalitarianism is more crucial than avoiding a cold, or even Covid-19(84).
I’m still alive and plan to resume posting soon with more book reviews and another look at the face-mask issue.
Shock: The experts changed their minds. Face masks are now in, courtesy of the CDC’s latest recommendation. I might’ve gloated more had the circumstances been less dire.
